清炒蝦米捲心菜
材料:
捲心菜---適量
蝦米---少許
鹽---適量
做法:
1.捲心菜切或者撕成小片,洗淨瀝水;
2.蝦米放清水泡一會兒,撈出瀝水;
3.鍋中放適量油,將蝦米爆香;
4.放入捲心菜,拌炒至捲心菜斷生;
5.放適量鹽炒勻即可
