菜脯蛋
材料:
做法:
1. 先將菜脯切小丁,然後浸水去掉鹽份 (也可將菜脯放入油鑊炒一下)
2. 將雞蛋打發,加入菜脯,麻油及青蔥拌勻
3. 熱鑊後下油(下多一點油),然後下蛋漿,平均鋪好,煎至兩面金黃色即可
